Weekly Drop-Ins

Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, ET

at Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates, 18 Harvard Street, Rochester, NY 14607

Schedule Update:

June 7th: We'll meet as usual, but the session will be shortened to 45 minutes instead of the usual hour and a half.

June 21st: There will be no session this day due to a scheduling conflict.

Meditation Peer Support Group

This group is a quiet space to slow down and look into what it is to be alive. We’ll meditate together and share in open, reflective conversations—rooted in each of our lived experiences and the understanding that unfolds between us.

Rather than following a fixed agenda, the focus is on connecting as peers and exploring together what’s real and what’s possible. Each week, I may offer a question, a perspective, or a simple practice—whatever feels relevant and aligned with where the group is. We’ll spend some time with a guided meditation or in silence, then share with each other what we’re discovering in our explorations.

You’re welcome to show up as you are—no fixing, no pressure. There’s space here for honesty, not knowing, light-heartedness, and simply being human together.

If you're new to the group, please schedule a 15-minute intake call so we can connect and ensure it's a good fit. Use the link below to book a Zoom call, or email me if you prefer to schedule a phone call instead.

Schedule a 15-Minute Zoom Call

Please Note: This is not a clinical or crisis-support space. If you're currently in an acute period of distress, active addiction, or feeling unable to regulate your behavior in group settings, this group will not be able to support you. I warmly encourage you to reach out to a therapist or support professional better equipped to help you navigate those challenges.

Cost:
The Saturday in-person group is offered on a sliding scale. You’re welcome to contribute per meeting or per month—whatever feels right for you.
(Cash, Venmo, or PayPal accepted)

$5–$20 per meeting
